At Jiraazi, we strive to provide the best shopping experience to our customers. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

3-Day Exchange Policy

We offer exchange within 3 days of delivery only for:

• Size issues

• Wrong product received

• Damaged product received

To be eligible for exchange:

• The product must be unused and unwashed

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

• Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

No Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds once the order is delivered.

Refunds will only be applicable in case of a verified manufacturing defect or wrong product delivered by us.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact us with your Order ID and issue details through our support email or Instagram within 3 days of delivery.

Once approved:

• Customers may be required to self-ship the product

• Reverse shipping charges may apply

• Exchange is allowed only once per order

Jiraazi reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after quality inspection.
